(F) Full - Anyone who is a graduate of an accredited institution of higher education who holds a baccalaureate degree in industrial hygiene, chemistry, physics, engineering, biology, or other discipline approved by written Board policy, who has been engaged a majority of time for at least three years in industrial hygiene or occupational and environmental health and safety activities.
 
(A) Associate - Anyone who is a graduate of an accredited institution of higher learning who holds an associate degree in industrial hygiene, chemistry, physics, engineering, biology, or other discipline approved by written Board policy, who is currently engaged a majority of the time in industrial hygiene or occupational and environmental health and safety activities.
 
(L) Affiliate - Anyone who is employed in an allied profession or who has an interest in or supports the industrial hygiene profession or other related professions.
 
(O) Organizational - Open to organizations having an interest in the industrial hygiene profession.
